Can I Install an Alarm System Honeywell, With different components From others Brands?

I got an Alarm System I just Whan to know if there is any diference in the control panels of diferent brands?
I mean if I can connet a ADT Control panel with Honeywell Components like, Wireless Extension, Zone Expander, PIR.
Depends on the component. If the voltage and amp ranges matchup then you can. If not you will have a problems

Zone expanding devices are specific to each control panel not just to each brand. Some will work with multi panels from one brand, but usually it’s just the same panel only larger with more options.
Wireless devices are tricky. The field device (Motion PIR, contacts, glassbreak detectors, etc) need a specific wireless receiver. Also keep in mind if its a device needing two way communications (Keypads) then it needs a wireless transciever. Most wireless alarm devices are only made to work with a specific panel. The most varied are devices from companies like Inovonics (http://www.inovonics.com/) which are designed to work with multiple panels but has a specific wireless receiver for the devices and specific module to connect it to the different panels.
Conventional, or non addressavle, wired field devices can be used on any zoned alarm panel. IF the devices are addressable then they need a specific panel.
