sensor&alarm system in the house will call a number automatically once a week?

I bought a house 6 months ago. I found the sensor&alarm system in the house will call a number automatically once a week. I guess it sends data to the alarm center.

I don’t know whether I have to pay for this service except the phone bill, and how to cancel it. For the former owner has moved overseas, I failed to contact them.
I live in Mel

The best thing to do is call the manufacturer if you do not know who the installer was. At the same time, if you do not have an instruction booklet for the device, order one at that time.
