Learn How to Play the Accordion

Accordions are normally connected with folk songs and other old-fashioned music styles. On the other hand this is not really the situation everywhere in the world.
My spouse is Brazilian and when I visited her home city in Brazil I was pleasantly surprised that the most well-liked music, forro, employed the piano accordion as one of the key instruments. This is a form of dance music which has a rather set flow but one I found worked surprisingly nicely. Some forro groups are quite popular and while there a touring band played in the town’s local festival plus it seemed the entire town was there to see them, showing how popular this music is. I can recommend this accordion music wholeheartedly and subsequent to having some accordion lessons I now adore playing this style of music.
