Wine Making Recipes Blackberry wine is an interesting brew to cook up because it will either be a smash hit or a total disaster. It is hard to make a good blackberry wine, it really is. I dont know what it is about berry wines in general, but striking the correct balance between sugar and alcohol levels is like Well its like trying to balance yourself on a tight rope. It is really hard to do, but if you learn how it is amazing. Yeah, making this type of wine is pretty much just like that (without the threat of falling to your death of course). Its fun to make this kind of wine, but it takes a lot of practice before you can even get one batch that is just okay.
