One aspect of Workout Plans that people usually over look is the importance of variation in their routines. If you do not every vary the types of workouts that you are doing your body will adjust to your exercises and make them easier for you. In other words, when your body gets used to a certain routine it will find ways to make that routine less strenuous on itself at a biomechanical level. This renders the exercises much less ineffective than they were when you first started. To avoid this you must change up your routine every once in a while. Generally I would say that you should not stick with the same routine for more than 3 weeks.
