Organic is best for baby clothes

Babies and small children have much thinner and more porous skin than that of an adult. Their delicate systems are more vulnerable to environmental hazards such as persistent chemicals. Yet many clothes designed for babies and small children often are finished with formaldehyde and also flame retardants, both of which have been proved to have detrimental effects of human health and also the wider environment. Conventional cotton is produced using high levels of chemicals and uses water in unsustainable ways. For these reasons spending just that little bit more on organic baby clothes is the first choice for conscientious parents who want not only the best for their children but the best for the planet.
