Anxiety Symptoms – Worry, Stress, Fear!

Every individual feels worry on occasion; it is a ingredient of life. All of us appreciate what its like to feel worry, jumpiness, terror, and anxiety. We suffer nervous as soon as we have to provide a speech, go for a work interview, or walk into our boss’s place of work for the annual presentation appraisal. We know it is standard to sense a rush of worry when we unexpectedly see a picture of a snake or look down from the top of a elevated structure. Most of us survive these kinds of anxious feelings rather fine & are able to carry on with our lives without much complexity. These feelings do not disturb our lives.
