One really popular toy is of course the barbie. Barbies are really popular because they look unrealistically beautiful, but it is not the kids that care about this aspect since they just love the possibility of things you can do with a barbie. When kids are playing with barbies they get to control that dolls life. They get to put clothes on it and they also get to make Barbie meet other Barbie dolls, and of course the infamous Ken.
